    Booking Terms and Conditions

    Things to know before the party……

    It is very important Eternal Enchantment is informed of the following;

    • Availability of parking on the premises
    • Is paid parking available


    Our staff needs to be prepared. Additional fees may apply. The party may be forfeited if our staff is unable to park.

    Photos, Videos and Other…

    Eternal Enchantment does NOT allow the taking of videos or photos during the entertainment period, the first 30 minutes.

    No pictures of staff members are to appear on public sites, such as YouTube or other without written consent from Eternal Enchantment.

    Cancellation Policy

    If cancelled within at least 14 days notice of the party day 50% of the deposit will be charged.

    You may transfer your deposit to another date or time depending on availability.

    Any cancellation with less than 14 days notice will forfeit their deposit.

    Payment

    If you choose to pay the balance in cash we ask that it be discretely given to the entertainer in an envelope on the day of the party. The entertainer will give you a written receipt upon request. Our entertainers do not carry change, so please ensure the exact amount is arranged in advance.

    Please note: An additional $40.00 per half hour will be charged if the party extends over the contracted period of time.

    Public Liability

    Parents/guardians hosting the event must hold adequate public liability insurance for all guests taking part in the party.

    It is very important Eternal Enchantment is informed, in writing, of any guests who may suffer from any allergies.

    Eternal Enchantment will not be responsible for any injuries/illnesses that may be suffered during the party.

    Note:
    Parents must supervise all children under 12 years of age who are known to suffer from an anaphylaxis reaction.
